Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our Atlanta, GA warehouse during normal business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During peak times (new drops, sales, holidays), processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always hustle to get your gear out the door.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States (and its territories)

  • Puerto Rico

  • Canada**

Carriers & Delivery Estimates

All orders are shipped via USPS for fast, secure delivery. Typical delivery windows:

  • U.S. Orders: 2–5 business days after shipment

  • Puerto Rico & Territories: 4–7 business days after shipment

  • Canada: 7–14 business days after shipment (customs may cause delays)

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For Canada: Customs duties and taxes are not included in our flat-rate shipping. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will be collected at delivery if applicable.

Lost or Damaged Packages

VANSAINT is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If something happens, please reach out to USPS directly with your tracking number. Need help filing a claim? Shoot us a message — we’ll back you up.

Incorrect Addresses

Any orders returned to VANSAINT due to an incorrect shipping address will be subject to a $10 re-shipping fee. Our customer service team will contact you to confirm the correct address, and we’ll send an invoice by email. Once paid, we’ll re-ship your order.

Non-Refundable Shipping
